CLIENT

ROLE



Your role will be to establish your presence within their existing client using your personal ability and reputation. You will lead by example and from the front to grow the team revenue from within. You will also have responsibility for the whole recruitment process, from vacancy and candidate search, management of client/candidate through the interview process.



IDEAL CANDIDATE



Proven IT recruitment experience (sales and or recruitment account management)

Proven person manager

Have experience of a IT or similar discipline

Self starter

Excellent communication skills

Goal orientated
